I, the undersigned Member of The Crescent Property Owners’ Association, Inc., am entitled to vote at the special meeting of the members, constitute and appoint Georgene Mongarella, President or as my proxy to attend the meeting of the Members of The Crescent Property Owners’ Association, Inc. to be held on October 15, 2021, or any continuation or adjournment thereof, with the full power to vote and act for me as if I were personally present, giving to such Proxy my full power of substitution and revocation. Any Proxy or Proxies previously given by me to any person or persons are hereby revoked.

This is the proposed Seventh Amendment, Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions to the Covenants to create a Capital Reserve Fee to be paid by the Buyer at closing when property in The Crescent is sold. The Board encourages your support of this Amendment and will hold an informational meeting on September 11, 2021, for those owners who may have questions or concerns.
I, the undersigned member of The Crescent, do hereby cast my vote as follows:
I am IN FAVOR of the proposed amendment to create a Capital Reserve Fee, as set forth in the draft amendment.I am OPPOSED to the proposed amendment to create Capital Reserve Fee, as set forth in the draft amendment.
Please remember the importance of attendance at the Special Meeting on October 15, 2021, in the Residents Room in The Crescent. In order to meet the quorum requirement for the Special Meeting, 60% of property owners must be in attendance by proxy or in person. If any property owner cannot attend, please name Georgene Mongarella, President of the Association, as your representative, or someone who can attend the meeting in person so that a quorum will be present.
