To: All Crescent Residents:

To enter the back gate, it will be necessary to have a ZIP TAG mounted on your front window.

Zip tags will be available in the Pool Parking Lot from 9 am until 9:15 am on the following dates:

2/18/12
3/17/12
4/21/12
5/19/12
6/16/12
7/21/12
8/18/12
9/15/12
10/20/12
11/20/12
12/15/12

Starting January 2012, replacement zip tags will cost $10 per vehicle for all new vehicles or window replacements for owners and renters.

New owners or new renters will not have to pay for first time zip tags.

To obtain a zip tag, the following items are required:

Valid drivers license
Car registration
Current proof of insurance
Vehicle(s) on which zip tag will be installed.
Zip tag form filled out completely.

1) ALL VEHICLES MUST HAVE A CRESCENT DECAL AFFIXED BEFORE A ZIP TAG CAN BE ISSUED. NO EXCEPTIONS. THIS APPLIES TO OWNERS AND RENTERS. DECALS MAY BE OBTAINED AT Allied Management Group.

2) The vehicle must have a current license plate

3) You must have a valid driver's license, vehicle registration and proof of insurance.

4) Zip tag applications must be filled out prior to obtaining a Zip Tag. (Available at Allied Management Group or at the Security Office (front gate) or by clicking link below)::

Please note zip tags must be installed at the time of receipt for each vehicle. There will be no exceptions. Zip tags will automatically deactivate if removed after installation.

Prox cards will be used for access to the pool area, including restrooms and exercise rooms.
